The Karelia à la carte culinary tourism network, operating in North Karelia, comprises approximately 80 food-sector businesses, including restaurants, tourism companies, bakeries, food processors and producers. The network’s values ​​are local identity, Karelian heritage, hospitality, and nature. Guided by these values, the businesses collaborate on marketing under a shared network brand. The network’s activities are coordinated by the Rural Women’s Advisory Organization of Eastern Finland.

The members of the network are united by a desire to support the use of local ingredients, to raise awareness and appreciation of regionally produced food and drink and the local food culture, and to steer the sector towards even greater responsibility and sustainability. The Taste Savo network comprises a group of primary producers, restaurants, and businesses, associations, and development organizations from the tourism and food sectors in Northern Savonia. Key values ​​for Taste Savo includes locality, responsibility, a sense of community and cooperation.

Kainuu food sector development group, Ketterä, is a regional collaborative network that brings together industry developers, project implementers, educational institutions and businesses to promote growth in Kainuu’s food and natural products sector. The group aims to strengthen entrepreneurial expertise, enhance collaboration, and develop new products, services, and business opportunities for the region. Its activities are based on agile cooperation, knowledge sharing and practical solutions that enable a rapid and effective response to the sector's changing needs. Ketterä also acts as a bridge between businesses, development organizations and projects, ensuring the region's potential is effectively harnessed. Ketterä’s operations are coordinated by the Parasta paikallista pöytiin project, run by ProAgria Eastern Finland / MKN Eastern Finland.

Arctic Food Lab is the signature brand of the Oulu2026 region, bringing out the purity and uniqueness of northern nature. In the hands of local masters, Arctic ingredients are transformed into high-quality products and experiences—a story of flavors that connects us to the rhythm of nature.
